Family Reunification Procedures in EU Migration Law.

- Objective: The issue of family reunification applies not only to third-country nationals seeking to obtain permission for their family members to join them in an EU Member State but also affects EU nationals and thus goes to the heart of the free movement of persons. This seminar will provide legal practitioners with an in-depth analysis of the relevant legislative measures, the most recent and important developments in jurisprudence and the impact of European human rights instruments on this matter.
